To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laymanly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuits.
More simply put: If we have a disagreement, we'll solve it through arbitration (a private way to resolve disputes) rather than going to court. You can't join a class action lawsuit against us.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Laymanly regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
More simply put: These terms are our complete agreement - they replace any previous agreements we might have had.
13. Waiver and Severability
The failure of Laymanly to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
More simply put: If we don't enforce a rule right away, that doesn't mean we can't enforce it later. If one part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest of the terms still apply.
